Hello, i dont know how i contact a zero then i post here, is on event rush to win, i do everythink okey on this event but i dont claim, and a suport tell me "you not are on the list, contact a forum moderation", i will post my screen and i see on the forum i have one nickname "laddy430" because i cwnt put my nick game "Lady420" but with you see on my commentari is my true nick on game "Lady420", i think because this two names i dont claim, pls help me.

I do know, i just do all when have a event, post a picter and take a screen when i post like my friends, now i'm manor8 i really play a loot this game, i fell sad because my friends claim and i not, i'm brasilian i dont know very well english
