How change old daily to new?

I cant change my old daily quest to new daily quest, how to change it? There is no quest mission in the left side to change it, pls help

You have to go to Hope101 and talk to Rio ,you can find him next the call board .

Hi there! To be able to change your old daily system to new daily system, you have to be level 20 gathering.
