why netease so very strange with topup...
top up with LEGAL payments, but got banned 10 years with abnormal recharge
please for developers, backend/frontend server management to fix that...
u think anyone can buy directly for $30 - $100 ???
today i top up 6 times ($15, $5, $5, $5, $1, $1) bcs i just need some sc, and i don't want to waste many money
