Stuck on "Connecting to server" PC VERSION

I'm using pc version and I'm stuck with "Connecting to Server"
And after that it updates again.

I have updated it 3 times now.

Everytime I log out, it updates again.

Is it because the file are not patching?

It keeps on updating! PLEASE HELP!!
