PC transfer but forgot some account details

I've gotten a new PC due to some issues with the old parts, most notably the HDD being bricked, and I needed an upgrade. Issue is, I forgot my login details from my old character in the LevinCity server, of which I played on my old PC. It'd be great if I can either contact the devs for this and maybe email them directly, as I can't find their support email address. Thanks in advance.
