So today when im log in to my account, my character cant chat on all channel. i dont know why but when i try to send it there is notification that said "you character is mute".. i think someone report me for using violent language (but i never use any of them). Please i need to know how to fix it since its so unconfortable playing without chatting to my campmate and friend.
