Broken Make Tab

I've been grinding so hard only to finally realise that my make tab is broken.. Now I had to make Fire axe and Fire Pick axe for higher level resources but got stucked as I can't make it cause there are no options to even make it, I checked the make tab, I checked the gear workstation but its not available btw forget about fire axe or pickaxe I can't even make the machete in my make tab I had to get it done in my gear workstation.. is there any way to fix this?
