update for Fishing

is better is update the fishing master for more easy to find a Koi for example in master 8 or 10 with a shrimp bait ,but I see it impossible to master the koi in food if the koi not appear

Yes it is better to upgrade the fishing skills to fish new kinds ,but fish Koi is luck..
