I am korean player and belong in korean server,a valley of hope, me and our server players are felling angry about your operation. Our server's strongest camp is "鞝勳劋",and that camp's some players, we estimate about 10 people.

should be punished. So we tries to contact your korea company by Customer Service but they always repeat by automatic system and there is no difference before and after.
i think we should recieve a reply by you,ans we want a proper disposition by you plz solve this problem.
