Purchasing feds?

How do we buy anything on the PC version? I want to buy the hope fund but when I try to, it says open the game client and scan to pay. When I click on the link to the game client, it just takes me to this website. Does anyone know how to do this? Help!

Yes, same here. It seems purchasing can be done only on mobile.
