PC Log in Issues

I have recently downloaded LifeAfter onto my Windows laptop because the updates are getting too big for my phone and tablet. I was told that I'd be able to log into my account on PC. But when I go to log in it says "Invalid Login Method". Can someone help me out?

had the same issue ages ago but it was rectified by going to the clock and language region in the control panel, then region and language, then change your PC's location to your current location

this is provided your account is registered at your current location and not in other servers
