my game strategy aims to assist players to increase their performance in team content (miska university, Nancy city, CampBoss etc.). A great strategy for you to improve your equipment is by researching formulas shards to get equipment that you can sell to then buy stronger items.
for example: on my server the mob jacket is in the 45k goldbar range. selling two you can buy a crimson that is in the range of 75k - 80k Goldbar.
always being attentive to the market you sell items that can help other players and as a consequence improves their performance in the game
