Membership purchase

Hi there,
So i am playing on US region and what i think it's a US Server (NewLand). When i try to get the monthly membership a QR code pops-up and says " Open the game client and scan to pay".
I follow all the steps the i scan the QR with my phone to pay but nothing happens. Any suggestions ? Thank You in advance. Also you should have more pay options since it's a currency oriented game.
