Alright bud, so when I first started the game, it actually got to the point where I DIED after falling off. I waited a good five minutes for someone to revive me (if I was lucky enough to find anyone). You know wat your crosshair is, yeah? Ive found that if you just keep it pointed at the ladder it'll automatically put you on it. Don't jump off and try to get yourself on the ladder like halfway down.. just be patient and wait for it to process it. Best of luck!
You can buy Ginkgo Seedling from mall which cost 600 gold. You can plant that to get the tree oil or there is a low chance of getting that from cutting trees in snow highland and mouth swamp map.
