yeah, you need to modify it first until it get better stats or good attribute

Yeah, when you have modified the stats you can craft the armor and then you will see a padlock icon on the clothes. Don’t use it or you will not be able to sell it

Agrarian, steam and the latest one electric are all camp levels. And you can buy nails from weapon shop in camp once your camp is upgraded to agricultural. You can also buy nail from trade if you need it.
