How do I make a purchase without using the QR Reader?

I initially started playing on an android and I had my account binded to my Facebook.
I now have an iPhone and I tried to transfer my account from android to IOS and quickly realized that it was not possible.

So now I got rid of my android phone and I am playing on PC. However, whenever I try to make a purchase it says I must open the game client and scan the QR code to pay.

I tried doing this with my iPhone but I get an error saying "Payment failed" and the message on my iPhone says "Please complete transaction using the same account as used in the PC cross-platform game." but like I mentioned before, I cannot do this because I could not transfer an account from android to IOS.
Any solution?
