How is Short Range Damage applied? Is it melee only, or is it based off of our distance too the enemy?

How do we lower the required minimum goal for Camp Patrol ?

What determines our Camp Patrols minimum requirement to gain prosperity points? Is it by Camp Lvl. Or number of current players in the camp. We are needing 22 each day and don’t have enough active players to meet it. So trying to drop it down to a more reasonable number.
