Yeah, when you have modified the stats you can craft the armor and then you will see a padlock icon on the clothes. Don’t use it or you will not be able to sell it

How to make Drones?

You can craft it in your Gear Workstation but I think you need to have a lvl 6 Manor

The drone hangar is where you use Drones. After you get a drone, you need to put it into the drone hangar so that you can launch and use it.
