Game keeps crashing every 30min

Hi, I currently have an account on CharlesTown. Recently, my game has been crashing every 30 min or so. This wasn't a problem until last week, and its very frustrating because these crashes often occur when I'm in Nancy City battles. My friend on the same server also experiences the same issue... I think its a bug not server overload, because previously when there's too many people waiting to log in there would be a queue, so I assume the servers only take in the volume they can. But I honestly have no idea lol. Would be great if this issue could be resolved!! Thanks :))
