Cant sell my ump9(upgraded) which i crafted after modifying. Why?

I didnt open bcs i know i cant sell after opening but it seems i cant sale bcs it's not rare but since i modified and upgraded it's firepower and score.why is it not considered rare?

I think ure in cohabitation, the problem is if ure in cohabitation and the equipment u made using roomate resources u cant sell it
