Scientia Quest, help!!

The quest ask me to kill 5 rebel mercenaries at mercenary camp (sand castle). But when i go to mercenary camp, there are only imperial soldiers. Any suggestions how to finish this quest?

go to the moddle of the map. There should be a castle there with loads of mercenaries

The quest tell me to the mercenary camp at the top of the map. Not at the middle..and even i kill mercenaries at the middle, the kill wont count

I mean, in the map whre it shows the mercenary camp, no mercenary to be found. Only imperium soldier. I've tried to the castle ruin, but the kill didnt count

same here .. i guess we need to wait for the Occupation Forces event to end .. for the npc go back to normal
