Camp management glitch

My camp has been experiencing a glitch that honestly shouldn't be possible. We're active and constantly contributing, so it's off when our management keepd decreasing. Not just tiny little bumps, either. Last night we had 6/5 patrols, paid the tax. Looked at it in the morning, management increased by a few points (to about 54). Got on later, management is at 21. I don't know how this is even possible, you can only lose 2 from not completing patrols, and I don't know how much you lose from no +

Still happening. Jumped from 23 to 3. How do I contact a moderator directly?

My clan lost 30 points today, it's not a glitch.  Most likely it's from the raid.
