What to do when the gun's barrel overheats? How do you tend to it or make it disappear sooner?

It decreases the power of the gun and you get lesser combat experience so it's better to not use it for some hours until it removes the effect. Personally, I just go to bed when this happens to recover the daily durability.

the overheating of the barrel needs to be adjusted because i just got the 0.99 rain uzi and with in 2 min and 3 kills all my guns had barrel overheating and at level 21-23 abilities is to damn fast at this time i have used hardly any vigor and im in the maps where bow dont do shet i mean its bad im making guns faster then i can get the materials for them. there is no gain for me and it is starting to be no fun any more to the point ill say fk it and move on to something else that has. a more fair game play

Is there no other way to cool it down faster other than going to bed?

Only time will make the gun return to normal status. You don't need to go to bed with it, I usually just store them away and find another weapon to swap with (although the bed helps durability).

No sir ,the only way is waiting for 12 hrs.
