Not able to build repair station I’ve got the items needed “Please Help”

Where I’m located I am the acting Mayor it’s not allowing me to build repair station in my Manor so I’m spending real money to buy weapons that I’m not able to repair or fix even upgrade (all information accepted) thanks

Oh theres no building machine in your manor

You have to go to furniture Shop to build your machine
