Damage problem in PC

Dear Dev,

I facing problem according to damage. When i join bounty hunt at hope 101. I shoot boss. damage only appear virus damage (purple) no any normal damage or crit damage.
When I hunt mystic creature on any map. Head shot damage and body damage is the same no different. So before there is different between head and body. And one more issues is boss in area operation. When the boss show cystal ball on it. I shoot on it but damage  still remains as body not increase. Please help to solve this problem.
