odd rainbow paradise quest bug?

I have a problem with the lost container quest...
I already find and open 4 of the container

I open the first 2 container with no problem but then when I open the last 2, I got disconnected two times. when I log in back, the chest is gone and I don't get the odd rainbow paradise item.
so I only have 2 odd rainbow paradise...

the quest is still there and I can't complete it. because I only have 2 of 4.

please help....

but I already search everywhere. no more chest show up. I already open 4 of it in the 4 place....

That is weird. After I got my 4th, I talked to a guy near the market. Maybe try that? It is weird that you only got 2.
