Every time I contact support they have me a vague answer then close the case. This game has repeatedly not kept promises or delivered rewards and it’s starting to borderline fraud.

It's all rng u never know what you can going to get in Gacha I personally spent over 2400 shards to get shotty and armour and still didn't got it

Hi. Just wanted to ask for help. I’ve been spending a lot of shards in the formula research just to get ‘low wall’. I spent more than 200 shards and all I got was all the one I already have. It’s so frustrating. Why is the chance to get a common item such as a low wall so hard? And the rarer ones easy. Please help me get the low wall
