Good day!

I just want to ask how can i obtain polymer coating (?) to make ump9. I found some on chests guarded by a mini boss on snow highlands but can't remember the exact location. Other ways to obtain (other than trade market)?

They fall out only from mega bosses, from these boxes and can be obtained at the event (there is no such event now)
