Can’t find LifeAfter contest

There was a alert menu or maybe it was in the PDA but I can’t access it anymore. Anyone know how I can access it or pull it up onmybPDA.It had the picture ad for the group picture contest in it too. Please help this is so driving me cray cray!!! Thanks community!

I saw it here in the game last night, it had like 6 other alerts. Is there anyway to access it?

Here is the updated version of this menu to download the game but most of the people cannot access this menu. Furthermore rush my essay is made to resolve such type of issues to access the links.
