How to trigger NPC quest

Each map has items you can get from cut the trees or mining, or kill mercenaries.

How many time on 1 map we can get those item to trigger the NPC?

And please tell me what kind item we can get from each map?

I think you can get 1 per day for each type of item from each map.
But you may give more than 1 per day to NPC.

From NPC as reward, basically, you will get green or blue item of that map.

For example,

In Fall Forest, you will get Iron Ore, Twig, Bone, Flint etc and of course new dollar.
Like that, its depend on the map.
