Missing items

Now I encounter missing items on my backpack.
When I logged in I found out that my ump is missing. I tried looking on my cabinets for over 10 times and still not found it..
Actually it's my second time, first it was amino. That happens when I logged in . The amino is not attached on my diffuser and it was also gone on my backpack. I just let it slide off because it was just an amino. Please recover that ump that had gone.
