Howitzers are cool and all against everything, but could they be removed from Nancy city, they are such a "Point and shoot" weapon, requires no skill and makes the game unfair.

It is part of the game indeed, but it can be removed from Nancy, you can still have the weapon but just don't use it in Nancy, cause Nancy is the only real PVP map

You maybe you paid and have that gun but that particular gun is totally no skill item and pay2win
