Item disappear

I have some lv 3 mechanical material and lv 3 armor material in my cabinet, i got it from top up (hope fund)  and  i store it well inside my manor,  but my lv 3 mechanical material is gone!  Why is that?  No one breakthrough my manor,  there's no sign of thief,  but why my lv 3 mechanical material is gone???

i stay by myself, i dont have any roommates!  
Please! if this bug,  give back my item!


PS: some of my friends say some of their item disappear as well like stone,  wood, etc

I got 4 from hope fund,  i disassemble  1 of it,  then combine 2 of it to be lv 4, so i still have 1 more lv 3 mechanical materials,  but its gone,,  so sad!!
