How to loot others?

Hi, may I know how to break open other people's cabinet and loot the items inside?

go to helicopter, on map find 'Turbulent City' at Warzone. then you can raid/loot cabinet.

you cant raid same camp btw. and if you raid someone.. they might raid you back. Good Luck!
